10 year YogaSource teacher training anniversary party

You know how some days everything in the universe just seems in alignment? Life is good, in fact life is damn good! After going through a couple of difficult times lately, today just put it all into perspective. Life is not all that bad, we need to not take it too seriously. So with that thought in mind, a clear sunny brisk fall day, my whole body simply felt in sync and I went with this mantra all day. After making a big family breakfast I went to LIFT to cycle it out. As usual, Jenn from the Glen, whooped my ass and inspired me yet again. Love you girl! In fact, our recovery ride was to "Everybody is free to wear sunscreen" by Baz Kuhrmann. YOU have to listen to this song - I laughed my way through my ride.

So with the above said - it was a great way to end the night with all these lovely people. I feel so blessed to have been a part of this special event. As I am about to start my second 100 hour of 200 hours this party allowed me to see all my fellow yogi trainees and reconnect. I also got to be in a social setting with many of my favorite teachers that inspire me weekly. We were lucky enough to have Linda share with us her next adventure which is literally going to revolutionize Yoga for teachers and students. She is truly inspiring and heart felt. Her voice cracked and eyes filled with tears as she relayed that she thought of all of us as her friends and she shared a special thank you to the yin to her yang, Erin.
